# EMR

🔹 **EMR** adalah singkatan dari **Electronic Medical Record** atau dalam Bahasa Indonesia disebut **Rekam Medis Elektronik**. Data ini mencakup:

* Riwayat medis pasien
* Diagnosa
* Hasil laboratorium
* Riwayat obat-obatan
* Catatan tindakan medis
* Hasil pemeriksaan penunjang
* Jadwal kunjungan dan perawatan

🔹 **Fungsi EMR** adalah sebagai berikut:

* Menampilkan riwayat kunjungan pasien
* Menampilkan riwayat tindakan pasien
* Menampilkan riwayat pemberian obat ke pasien
* Menampilkan riwayat pemeriksaan lab
* Menampilkan data assesmen rawat jalan, IGD dan rawat inap
* Menampilkan data ringkasan pasien pulang
* Menampilkan riwayat pemeriksaan radiologi
* Menampilkan riwayat data pembuatan surat :
  1. Surat Kontrol
  2. Surat Perintah Rawat Inap
